Just like many of you, I once thought true asset protection was only for the big guys.  Those cigar chomping, Cadillac driving, pinky ring wearing investors who need to hide from all the attorneys.  Besides, I never even once thought a lawsuit could happen to me. Until one day, one of my students, (we’ll call him “Joe”) told me his story…

A “Slip and Fall” From the Top…

Joe had heard me speak about trusts, he had even been thinking of using them, even intending to… But had never gotten around to putting them into place.  He was always too busy.
